A native of Oklahoma City, OK, Meyer came to Los Angeles in her early years and began singing and writing for numerous bands and projects. She recorded her first album Items You Won’t Find Elsewhere with Brian Kehew (AIR, Beck, Aimee Mann, Moog Cookbook), which she released independently.
