Max Prosa (* 1989 in Berlin; real name Max Podeschwig) is a German singer-songwriter. Max Prosa grew up in Berlin-Charlottenburg with his mother, skipped a school grade, and graduated with his Abitur at the age of 17 from the Hildegard-Wegscheider-Oberschule in Berlin-Grunewald. After two aborted studies in physics and philosophy, Prosa moved to Berlin-Neukölln and dedicated himself to music. At 18, he applied to the Mannheim Pop Academy, where he was initially rejected.
