a) Max Parker, born April 1912 (New York, NY), died November 1983 (Los Angeles, CA.) Between those years he fought in Spain against the fascists (later he did the same thing in France, except he was asked to by his government that time) and was a prisoner of war in San Pedro de Cardeña, in Burgos, Spain. Near the end of his life he got his wife and some friends together and they recorded an album called "Al Tocar Diana." Some of the songs have been recorded by other artists...
