Matthew Danger Lippman is a multi-instrumentalist rock & roll musician based in Brooklyn. Born in Buffalo, NY in 1995, MDL learned to funnel his class clown theatrics (showing up to 6th grade show-and-tell in a bikini, rapping on tabletops during lunch) into playing music in high school. MDL's high school band, Brimstone Blondes, released an LP, Age of Consent, on Admirable Traits Records in 2014 before dissolving. After that, MDL switched focus to a lo-fi solo career, putting out solo tapes REFRESH 2 DEATH, in 2017, and ILL.
