Management del Dolore Post-Operatorio, now known as Management, is an Italian musical group that navigates between indie rock and post punk, formed in 2006 in Lanciano, Abruzzo. The group consists of Luca Romagnoli, who writes the lyrics, and Marco Di Nardo, who composes the music. Throughout their artistic career, the band has undergone several lineup changes. They often cited as a controversial group in the Italian independent music scene.
