Founded in a dorm room by Sean Scanlon and Steve McCaffrey at Albany State, NY, Making April formed its unique sound by combining the use of piano and strings with their indie-acoustic background. Upon completion of their first tracks, they decided to acquire accompany musicians and long time friends Greg Federspiel and Tom Rebortine.
