Madonna and Child is a...band from South Kingstown, Rhode Island. They are fairly difficult to categorise into a specific genre as they tend to jump around. To date, they have explored dance-rock, jazz, ska, and grunge to name a few. Starting out as an electronica/rock outfit in early 2007, it was only that summer that they blossomed with such decently-received tracks as the perennial favourite "Burnt Toast." Quite possibly one of the weirdest acts on the South County music scene, Madonna and Child is both revered and made fun of.
