Madeleine Mayi is an LA-based, Santa Barbara-raised singer/songwriter with a penchant for fearless songwriting and guitar-based indie rock. Her song-writing has only grown more honest over the years, in a way that shows she is not afraid to deal with the ups and downs of life head on. Her song "for a second" is a perfect example of honesty even if it's uncomfortable, as it talks about one of life's least romantic subjects: settling.
