Lisa Nicole Grace Evangelos was born and raised in the prairies of Edmonton, Alberta. Growing up in a musical household, Lisa was drawn to creativity at a young age. She was involved in dance, gymnastics and fine arts throughout her childhood. Her shift to music came at the end of high school, when she had extensive spinal surgery to correct her significant curvature of the spine – a disorder called scoliosis. During her recovery Lisa began taking voice lessons.
