Lion Versus emerged from the spanish moss draped oaks during one of the many hot Summers in Georgia. It was the year 2006. It rested upon the Savannah River and wove itself through the once pointed grave markers of Bonaventure Cemetery, now slumped over, unsure of their placement or origin, and much like funerals or parades it's arrival brought together the most unlikely of friends and sounds. A mixture of the low whirring of fanned faces, gospel and guitar, creaking porches and swaying harmonicas.
