Rashad Chuckee Ballard (born in New Orleans, Louisiana), better known by the stage name Lil Chuckee, is a rapper, actor, dancer and the youngest member of Lil Wayne's Young Money Entertainment, who he signed with in 2009. He is also a half of the rap duo Young Hot Boyz along with Lil Twist. He has released one mixtape, Rapper’s Market: Just A Sample, and will release his debut album Child's Play at the end of 2010.
