Downtown Los Angeles-based punk rock bluesman Lightnin' Woodcock was born in Eureka, CA and grew up in Germany, Atlanta and San Francisco before settling in LA in 1986. Previous bands include Psychedelicatessen (1988-1994), Foreign Object (1994-1997, 2002-2003), Die Fast (2001-2002), Bourbon Saints (2006-2007) Miss Derringer (2006-2008) and Sun Trash (2007-present). Woodcock's bluesy punk-rock style is influenced by AC/DC, Jimi Hendrix, Muddy Waters, Zappa, Beefheart, Howlin' Wolf and Ted Nugent.
