Steve, Dot and Charlie have been together a long time, working from their base in Scotland, writing songs of yearning and faith, reflecting on the world as it is and as it might be, creating music of simplicity, depth and great beauty. Playing almost everything themselves, with occasional help from friends, their three voices provide the harmonic focus. Low key in style, this is neither indie, nor prog, neither is it folksy. There are bits of all sorts in there, but whatever the influence or style, it's beautifully formed.
