Lake Superior is a country rock/americana band from Haarlem, The Netherlands led by singer/songwriter Jeroen Te Loo (Turtle Moon, Te Loo & Comotives). Influences include a wide range of American (alt.)country, folk and roots rock music like Neil Young, Gram Parsons, Townes Van Zandt, The Band, Drive-By Truckers, Son Volt, Slobberbone, The Jayhawks, Lyle Lovett, Steve Earle, Buddy Miller, Lucinda Williams, Teenage Fanclub, Daniel Lanois and the Muscle Shoals sound.
