Kyle Fischer was the guitarist (and sometimes vocalist) of the Brooklyn-based indie rock band Rainer Maria. Kyle was born in Indiana and lived there for a short time before moving to Shawnee, OK with his sister and parents. His father a reverend with First Christian Church moved the family to Texas in the late eighties while Kyle was in Jr. High. Upon graduation from High School Kyle moved to Madison, WI where he attended the University of Wisconsin. While in Madison his former band Rainer Maria was formed.
