Formed in 2003, Knockout Kings were an emo/pop rock band from Fort Worth , Texas, which gained large popularity in the mainstream Texas music scene around the year 2005. The band was made up of Matthew Klinkscales (vocals), Jared Abraham (guitar/vocals), Austin Stout (guitar), Brad Robertson (bass), and Jason Speed (drums). The band has released three EPs: Bleeding Is The Motive, The Lion, and The Kid'd Got Heart!, the last two of which were put out on Doll House Recordings.
