Klaus Renft Combo's 2002 Concert History

The "Klaus Renft Combo" (aka "Renft") is a a Eastern German band founded 1958 by Klaus Jentzsch. Most of their lyrics have been politically, often criticizing the regime. From 1962 to 1967 the band was stage banned by the government. The name changed to "Renft" in the 70s and in 1975 the band was forbidden again. In 1990 they reunited.
