The band is comprised of voters from Washington, Oregon, California and Nebraska. Described as a "demonic dancing cowboy preacher," Kandy Whales is led by singer and cartoon necromancer Clark Roth. Roth is backed by Paul Haidle (programming, bass, guitar), Aron Dunlap (violin, vocals, keyboards), and Joshua Delpech-Ramey (drums).
