After 7 years, 3 albums, and over 500 shows as the frontman and songwriter for Austin-based rock band Canvas, Joseph King is now living in New York City and breathing life into a new musical entity. Best described as down-tempo rock-electronica with reggae undercurrents, Joseph's sound is derived from a myriad of influences ranging from Manu Chao to Morphine, The Postal Service to The Police, Mazzy Star to Morrisey.
