John Shipe's 2008 Concert History
John Shipe is a multi-genred, Freeform Americana artist with 10 CD's. Born in the American Midwest, raised in the Northwest, he became a touring artist in the early 90's as guitarist & co-front man for the The Renegade Saints (influenced by Southern Classic Rock and Northwest Grunge.) In the late 90's, Shipe left The Saints for creative experimentation. Fronting his own band, he evolved from rock format to scaled-down folk and light indie. His albums alternate between acoustic-oriented and fleshed-out electric.
