Hailing from Crestwood, KY Jess Langer moved her life to Nashville in the summer of 2004 to become a great musician and performer. She started singing in blues showcases with great soul singers from the music mafia. She eventually went her own way and began co-writing with other great writers around town. Her music started to evolve and after countless demos she finally found her sound. Organic acoustic soul music. She decided to do a record of ten of her best songs with engineer Mike Farona and songwriter Dan Hoisington.
