The Jazz Mandolin Project, is a jazz jam band from Burlington, Vermont, led by mandolinist Jamie Masefield. The project was formed in 1993 through a gig every month at a coffee house in Vermont known as The Last Elm Cafe. The only concrete member of the band is Jamie Masefield, although the group has several musicians who tour regularly.
