Supported by his band, the Coast Riders, his "Hit the Road" tour was one of the delightful surprises of 2014, His first single, "Hit the Road," was on the Texas chartes for more than 26 weeks, spending two months in the top 40 where it remained as of the end of 2914. 2015 is shaping up to be an even more exciting year as Jake prepares to release his first album in early 2015.
