Born under the full moon when Ronald Reagan was still occupying the White House, Jack Carter came into the World with a penchant for playing music on the road, from the very beginning. Raised in a military-style religion as a young man, he traveled around the US and abroad as part of a large brass band, while also learning to play various other instruments, later jumping around from North Carolina, to anywhere music took him, including Oklahoma, California, Georgia, Arizona and Kentucky.
