inthebackground is a 5 piece instrumental rock group comprised of band-nerds and digital artists, based out of Riverside CA. On occasion, they go by the acronym ‘itbg’ and have shared the stage with Kurt Travis, Strawberry Girls, Amarionette and more. Their first EP, ‘Away With Words’ and first LP, 'The Dash Between Years', is streaming everywhere while the band is working on its third release.
