Indigo Pastel is a Dutch indie rock band, based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, with roots in the Zeeuws Vlaanderen region of The Netherlands' Zeeland province. Fronted by Tom Roos, the band's sound evokes images of "neon signs on a desolate boulevard, night swimming in the Westerschelde, wine mixed with salty seawater, slurred speech and the sound of the waves crashing onto the beach."
