In the Audience is an Indie Pop band from Portland, Maine. They formed in March of 2008 as a casual recording and performing outlet for singer and multi-instrumentalist Jordan Stowell. The band began to pick up speed in June of 2009. Since then, they have been played on radio stations in multiple states in the U.S. They have performed in-store acoustic sessions/meet and greets in Maine and New Hampshire at popular clothing/lifestyle stores Hot Topic and the Gap.
