Icarus Falls draws its main influences from bands such as Iron Maiden, Dream Theater, Edguy, Stratovarius and Freedom Call. We write power metal with a contemporary edge, with some heavier elements inspired by more recent heavy metal, with roots firmly in the epic riffs and powerful vocals of the 80's New Wave of British Heavy Metal and the succession of power and prog-metal it inspired.
