Hototogisu is an American drone/noise project with Matthew Bower and Marcia Bassett that, like Double Leopards and Skullflower before them, are full to the brim with drone and atmosphere, Some recordings are similar to Bower's work in Sunroof!. Their album "Green" is deconstructed black metal while later recordings are more total drone.
