Hollywood Funeral is a local Ska group from Albany NY. The group became fairly recognized and popular shortly after their first few concerts. They have opened for such groups as Big D & The Kid's Table, Catch 22, and The Toasters. Their first album; "Lipstick for the Young and Faceless" was a 7 song EP that first featured their signature song "Gnomes". Gnomes was featured on 102.7 WEQX's Sunday Night Local Spotlight soon after. It was distributed freely at their first concert in 2004.
