He Who Binds Himself is a death metal band from Phoenix, Arizona. They were formed by ex-Vehemence members in 2004. They disbanded in 2008 and returned in 2008 under the name Nefaricede. Then disbanded again in 2010 and returned in 2010 under the name He Who Binds Himself. They currently consist of Nathan Gearhart (vocals), Steven Jasinski (guitars), Gabe Oso (guitars), Mark Kozuback (bass) and Andy Luffey (drums). They write songs about the horrors of everyday atrocity. They are not signed to a label.
