Harel Skaat (Hebrew: הראל סקעת) is an Israeli singer. In 2004, he was the runner-up of the second season of Kokhav Nolad ("A Star is Born"). He represented Israel in the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest 2010 with the song "Milim" (English: "Words").
