Halavatun Papat -wheel moped club was born in Iisalmi, Finland the year 1989 around the men's start with the conviction to upholding the highest standards of Finland during operation of rural. They were circumventing the fair in rural humour spirit of the village in various events presented by the live-wheel moped culture and, of course, drove their own pleasure, as well as people wonder.
