Grey DeLisle is not so known for her musical career as she is for being one of America's top animation voice actors; despite her obscurity, chances are you've heard her voice anyway--whether as the stoic Mandy from "The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy", the psychotic Vicky from "The Fairly Oddparents" or the kind yet frustrated Frankie from "Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends".
