Good For You is a punk-based collaboration between guitarist/bassist Greg Ginn and vocalist Mike Vallely. The band toured in 2013 with Black Flag, utilizing Black Flag's rhythm section of Dave Klein (bass) and Gregory Moore (drums), while Vallely also acted as Black Flag's tour manager. In 2014, it was announced that Vallely would be Black Flag's vocalist.
