Gladshot writes songs, records them and then plays them live. Their songs tend to be different from one to the next. Sometimes loud and fast, sometimes jazz mellow, other times space, roots-alike, it all depends on what the song wants to be. People have said they sound like "a sonic synthesis of epic proportions" and "a fine blast of power pop" that's "quietly setting the world on fire". One time Pop Matters said that they were "one of the nicest surprises we've had all year" .
