Usciti dalla mischia del revival indie..rock degli anni 90 i Giöbia sono una band presente nel panorama italiano da diversi anni. La musica dei Giöbia è alla ricerca della liaison naturale, fra la cultura dell'eccesso hippy e la cultura dell'eccesso punk. Un suono dissonante e allucinato che trasforma il rumore di una chitarra in una sorta di esercizio spirituale. I Giöbia costruiscono il loro sound attraverso riff di chitarra e farfisa che si intrecciano a figure di basso e batteria dai ritmi ossessivi e sincopati.
