The Gelheads exploded on the local Chicago music scene in 2001 and have wowed listeners for almost a decade. It all started with a demo sent to Chicago’s Q101 which made it into the hands of a DJ who started spinning their track “Deer In Headlights,” Before the band knew it they were no longer playing small clubs, but packing large veunes and opening for national acts across the country.
