Gandharvas's 1997 Concert History

The Gandharvas are a Canadian rock band from London, Ontario. The band formed in 1989 as the London Droogs and in 1993 changed their name to The Gandharvas. Their name comes from Gandharvas, musical spirits in Hinduism. In November 1993 they were signed to the Watch Music label and in 1994 released A Soap Bubble and Inertia. The album included the single "The First Day of Spring," which was named Song of the Year (CASBY Award) by The Edge 102.1 in Toronto.
