After the break-up of Spy Versus Spy (UK) in 2000, three of the original members and a mutual friend immediately went on to form Future Adeventures. The band were together for under a year but managed to write a very technically accomplished album, pushing the Spy sound into heavier, more complex territory, and toured the UK with At The Drive-In and Murder City Devils.
