Flower Travellin' Band was an esoteric psychedelic rock outfit from Tokyo, Japan, first active from 1969 and early 1970s until 1973, consisting of Akira "Joe" Yamanaka (vocals) (died 7 August 2011), Hideki Ishima (guitar), Joji "George" Wada (drums) and Jun Kozuki (bass). The band reunited in late 2007 , but permanently disbanded after the 2011 death of vocalist Joe Yamanaka.
