t's always a bit of a toss up when you come across a band that's self-described as "genre experimental pop;" fortunately, Delaware's Fiancé doesn't disappoint. The foursome combines gentle pop mechanics and hushed vocals to create lightly layered, shimmering pop tracks. "Era," the group's first single embraces their dream pop influence, and fuzzed out aesthetic - from recording to quarter inch tape on a Tascam 388 tape machine.
