Fat Beat Sound System has evolved slowly in the same unconstrained manner as their music flows with the steady bass. The band started improvising about ten years ago when one of the founding members of Fat Beat, DJ Bunuel, invited some of his fellow musicians to enjoy playing music with no definitive drive or compulsion to gain success immediately. The idea of Fat Beat Sound System is to provide a vacation from the busy worldly matters both for the members of the band and for the listeners of their music.
