The band features performer Evan Bliss. Prior to Evan Bliss & the Welchers, he was the mastermind of two other CD's. One by The Low Life. The other was a solo production. Evan Bliss & the Welchers features a similar style brought forth by The Low Life , nice melodic beats with amazing lyrics with a mixture of his solo work.
