Eric Friedmann and The Lucky Rubes have been together since the summer of 2001, starting up in San Francisco, CA. Eric has been a fixture of the California music community since the mid-eighties, and has played in countless bands on various instruments up and down the West Coast, the Midwest, and in Europe. He has worked extensively as a producer and engineer in various studios, recording numerous local and regional bands, as well as being involved in musical productions for Comedy Central and ABC Television.
