EMRIK started out as a singer in Sweden's number one funkband Stonefunkers. They released six albums and toured around Scandinavia and Europe extensively for more than ten years. The band split up in 2001, and EMRIK went solo. He has since recorded one EP and two full-length albums: Soulful, funky, down to earth, bluesy, with swedish lyrics. His latest album called "Lögnhalsen" was released november 2005. He's currently writing new material for an upcoming album both in english and swedish.
