Punk-funk-techno-trash. EC Groove Society combines the energy of punk with the swing of funk, the beats of hiphop and the minimalism of techno. The Amsterdam based trio has been receiving raving reviews in prestigious Dutch newspapers and magazines like de Volkskrant and Oor. 'The most energetic dance album ever in Holland released' was the summary of one of them. But it's not only Holland that has been enthusiastic about the music of EC Groove Society (Erwin Blom, Corne Bos, Spike Daalder).
