Year 1989, DJ SYSTEM-D begins to mix some different stuff in his bedroom at 13 whereas "New Beat" music makes devastation over Belgium. He particularly loves acid-house, hip-house and breakbeat music in general. The first 12 inches he buys are the likes of Bomb The Bass "Beat Dis", M.A.R.R.S. "Pump Up the Volume", A Guy Called Gerald's "Vodoo Ray", Tyree's "Hip-House Music", Royal House "Can U Feel It" or Inner City's "Big Fun"... He also starts to take a real interest in scratching techniques and hip-hop movement.
