Down with the japanese hip-hop scene since the beginning, DJ Beat was 1 third of the original line-up of Rocksteady Crew Japan back in 1983. Having established his own foothold in the scene, DJ Beat worked with such american acts as Afu-Ra, Souls of Mischief, The Arsonists and Pharcyde. Formed his own group the Jazz Zodiac in 2003.
