Direct Divide proves that the violin belongs in rock music. We combine the energy of an electric guitar with power of drums and bass alongside classical piano and strings to complement story driven lyrics with emotion and intensity. Drawing inspiration from bands such as Tool, Muse, and Coheed and Cambria, we focus on performing high energy live shows with story-driven lyrics. Direct Divide builds its foundation on powerhouse female vocals over constantly shifting song structures and orchestral instrumentation.
